Production and processing
Brain Waves merchandise is made to order by our production partner, Printful. Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout according to the destination and the items ordered. Delivery estimates begin after production and may vary by destination, carrier, customs, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.
Tracking and lost parcels
Tracking is sent by email when available. If a shipment appears lost, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate with Printful.
