Made-to-order products
Every Brain Waves garment is produced specifically for your order. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size, or an incorrect colour selection, except where required by applicable law. Please review the size guide and product options before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Wrong or incomplete orders
Please contact us promptly if you receive the wrong item or if something is missing. Approved claims are handled with our fulfilment partner, Printful.
